Storm Ritter – The cool People

NYC based artist, ambidextrous painter, fashion/textile designer, philosophical writer, editorial stylist, vintage curator, sales/retailer, performance artist, surrealist, and founder/business owner of Storm Ritter, Inc.

She launched her first corporation in January 2014 and opened her retail/studio storefront, Storm Ritter Studio at 14 West 8th St, NYC in April 2016.

In April 2018, Storm opened a massive solo show of paintings and garments at 9 West 8th Street that ran over a month. With the artistic success, Storm opened her second corporation, Storm Ritter, Inc., in September 2018.

With past clients and collaborators like Miley Cyrus, Usher, Cheap Trick, Mean Girls On Broadway, and Electric Lady Studios, Storm caters to custom stage wear, street style, and fine art.

From 2012-2015, Storm worked production in the fashion and entertainment industries including Saturday Night Live, editorial styling (Russh Magazine, Vogue, Marie Claire), event production/execution (Times Square Pop-Ups, Sears/Kardashian Collection), and freelance marketing work for Saks Fifth.

Graduated from New York University with a degree in complex individualized study concentrating in studio art, theatrical costume design, scenic design/construction, advanced art history, surrealist/esoteric literature, and 17th century enlightenment. During her education, she was privately mentored and taught by Frank Andrews in the crafts of tarot, palmistry, and esoteric symbolism.
